Lost or Damaged Shipments
At La Herradura Western Wear INC., we take extra care when shipping your orders. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please refer to our Lost or Damaged Shipments policy below.
Reporting Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date.
- Package theft has unfortunately become more common, so we recommend that you monitor your tracking number and ensure that you are available to receive your package.
Steps for Resolution
- In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please contact the mail carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If additional assistance is required, please contact our customer service team, and we will help investigate the issue with the package carrier.
