 (We kindly ask that you specifiy what product you would like when processing an exchange)

We do NOT offer refunds. Instead, we offer store credit or exchange for an item of the same value as the one originally purchased. La Herradura Western Wear INC. will gladly accept exchange or store credit requests within 15 days of purchase arrival. If you are attempting to exchange your item after the 15 day period La Herradura reserves the right to refuse your request to exchange or issue store credit. Only merchandise that is in as-new conditions (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) are applicable for exchange. Our inventory changes daily and the item requested may not always be available in the size requested for the exchange. In the case that the desired item is no longer available, a customer service representative will contact you to offer similar merchandise equal in price or offer store credit for a future purchase. 

Exchanged items do not qualify for additional exchanges or store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 2-3 business days  for processing.

Boots may be exchanged or credited only if the boots are in as-new condition. Stretched boots not applicable.

Straw and felt hats are not applicable for exchanges or store credit unless spoken with a customer service representative.

La Herradura is not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you have paid while purchasing at laherradura.com. Customers are responible for the return shipping costs if the customer doesn't opt into Checkout+. 

Final Sale Products:

  • Boots that have been stretched are considered final sale and are not applicable for exchanges/returns.

  • Texanas/Felt hats that have been modified are considered final sale and are not applicable for exchanges/returns. (Open crown, timmed brim, modified crown)

  • Straw hats that are open crown and have been personalized are considered final sale and are not applicable for exchanges/returns.

  • Items that are on clearance are final sale and not applicable for exchanges/returns.

Shipping and Handling:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days  (excludes holidays & weekends)

In the instance that proccesing has surpased 2-3 business days  please refer to Inventory Error Notice.

Once your order has been fulfilled please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

La Herradura will NOT  be responible for late arrivals that have been delayed due to weather conditions.

We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU  to monitor your shipment and ensure that you are available to receive the delivery upon arrival.

Inventory Error Notice:

We strive to always maintain an accurate up-to-date inventory. However, unforseen circumstances may lead to inventory shortages. If this is the case, our customer service representatives will contact the client for alternative options. If after  3-5 business days of trying to contact the client in regards to their order, without any response from the client, we have the right to cancel the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your package has been lost or damaged it must be reported to us within 24 hoursof the carrier-reported delivery date. Package theft has unfortunately become increasingly common. Therefore, we strongly advise you to monitor your tracking number, and reach out to the carrier so proper arrangements can be made to receive your package.

In the case that your package has been lost or damaged we kindly ask that you contact the mail carrier using your tracking number. If further assistance is required please contact us so that we can further investigate the delivery with the package carrier.
