Return & Exchange Policy

At La Herradura Western Wear INC., we strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Refunds

We do NOT offer refunds. Instead, we offer store credit or exchanges for an item of equal value to the one originally purchased.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

  • Timeframe: We will gladly accept exchange or store credit requests within 14 days of the purchase arrival.
  • Condition: Only merchandise that is in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) is eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanged items do not qualify for additional exchanges or store credit.

Process

  1. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
  2. Our inventory changes daily, so if the requested item is unavailable in the size requested, we will contact you to offer similar merchandise of equal price or store credit.

Boots and Hats

  • Boots: Boots may only be exchanged or credited if they are in as-new condition. Stretched boots are not applicable for exchanges.
  • Hats: Straw and felt hats are not applicable for exchange or store credit unless discussed with a customer service representative.

Final Sale Products

  • Stretched boots are considered final sale and are not applicable for exchanges or returns.
  • Texanas/Felt hats that have been modified (open crown, trimmed brim, modified crown) are considered final sale and not eligible for exchanges/returns.
  • Personalized straw hats (open crown) are also final sale.
  • Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping

  • La Herradura is not responsible for any shipping costs you have paid during your purchase at laherradura.com.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to and from our facility.
